ADAMS GOLF RETURN POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS OTHER THAN GOLF CLUBS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from adamsgolf.com (the "Site"), excluding the purchase of any Adams Golf golf clubs which are covered under the "Play 60 Days Risk Free" policy, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a new return, email our customer service team at contactus@adamsgolf.com and provide your order number and email address associated with the order.

All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, and we will not accept returns for the following under this policy: final sale items and online exclusives. Adams Golf will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged apparel. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return, provided that Adams Golf determines, in its sole discretion, that the returned item is eligible for a credit under this return policy. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

GOLF CLUBS

Adams Golf golf clubs are currently covered by a "Play 60 Days Risk Free"* policy.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase of any Adams Golf golf clubs from www.adamsgolf.com, simply return your item(s) within 60 days of purchase. To initiate a new return, email our customer service team at contactus@adamsgolf.com and provide your order number and email address associated with the order. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.

Items ordered as a "set" may not be returned as individual clubs. A return may be processed for the entire "set" only.

All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Items that have been damaged, beyond normal wear and tear, while in the possession of purchaser are non-returnable.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

We're sorry, but we don't credit initial shipping costs for returned orders. Adams will provide prepaid shipping labels for all returns made under this Policy. If Adams determines that the returned product(s), for any reason, are deemed non-returnable, Adams will contact the customer to confirm whether the returned products should be shipped back to the customer.

We strive to process returns and issue a refund within 2 to 3 business days of receipt by Adams Golf of the returned item(s) but cannot guarantee processing and return within that time period. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

* THIS PLAY 60 DAYS RISK FREE RETURN POLICY MAY BE MODIFIED OR DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME. IF DISCONTINUED, THE STANDARD ADAMS GOLF RETURN POLICY WILL APPLY, EXCEPT THAT QUALIFYING RETURNS INITIATED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF DISCONTINUANCE WILL BE PROCESSED PURSUANT TO THIS PLAY 60 DAYS RISK FREE RETURN POLICY.

Warranty Claims

If you are seeking to replace or otherwise address Adams Golf products you believe to be defective, please refer to the Adams Golf Warranty terms. This Return Policy applies to goods not subject to a warranty claim.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.
